The price of the product does not include shipping and transport costs, which will be indicated to you when you place your order.

7.c) What are the requirements for exercising the right of withdrawal?

If the user decides to withdraw from the purchase once the order arrives, he/she will be responsible for the original shipping costs, if any.

In the event of withdrawal by you, we will refund all payments received from you, including the shipping costs (if any). 7.d) How is reimbursement made?

In order to return the product, it must be unused and keep its original seal or packaging intact. Packaging to which any stickers, adhesive paper or similar have been affixed by the user will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse a full refund, if the “Product“returned has been damaged.
